Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, I generally do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered. However, I understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact me with a detailed explanation of the issue, and I will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request if production has not yet customized. However, if work has already started on your customizations or the digital file has been delivered, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact me with your order details, and I will assist you accordingly.

If you have specific size requirements or need the cover adjusted to fit a particular book size, please let me know before or at the purchase moment, and I'll work with you to ensure the dimensions are tailored to your needs.

While not mandatory, I greatly appreciate any credit given to Ink Tales / Amina Havet for the premade book cover design. Crediting my shop helps support my work and allows me to reach more authors. However, I understand that some publishing platforms or personal preferences may not require or allow for explicit credits. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any specific questions regarding crediting.

The final digital files will be delivered in a high-resolution format, JPEG, PNG or PDF. This allows for easy integration into your e-books or print book designs. If you have any specific format requirements, please let me know, and I'll do my best to accommodate your needs.
